  1. General Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstance where the event is cancelled by the organizers.

  2. Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

  3. Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

  4. No Show: No refunds will be issued for ticket holders who do not show up to the event.

  5. Lost Tickets: Lost tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

  6. Service Fees: All service fees are non-refundable.

  1. Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased from authorized outlets. Any tickets bought from unauthorized sources may be fake and will not grant entry to the festival.

  2. Age Restrictions: Attendees under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  4. Safety and Conduct: Attendees must respect the safety of others. Any form of violence, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  5. Drugs: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  6. Liability: The festival is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen at the event.

  7. Changes to the Event: The festival reserves the right to change the lineup, schedule, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.

  8. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, refunds will be given in accordance with our refund policy.
